Reignac’s red wines are made with particular attention to grape ripeness, sorting, fermentation, extraction and ageing. Winemaking choices are adapted to the vintage and the desired style. Ageing continues in barrels, with a precise selection of woods and toasting levels in order to preserve the fruit and balance of the wine.
